Role : Product Manager, Rotating Machinery
Location: Doha, Qatar - Petrofac Qatar WLL
Job Summary
Join a leading company as a Product Manager specializing in Rotating Machinery Sales & Services, overseeing critical equipment including compressors, pumps, and gas turbines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer and contractor visits to generate leads and provide tailored solutions
- Perform site inspections of existing installations and collaborate with OEM for recommendations
- Manage service tenders for rotating equipment in partnership with OEMs
- Review and optimize spare parts inventory for installations
- Maintain regular communication with OEM Channel distribution teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Mechanical Engineering degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s
- Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment sales and services
- Proven expertise in project management for turnaround and shutdown activities
- Strong background in compressors, pumps, steam and gas turbines, particularly integrally geared compressors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Additional Requirements
- Valid driving license and ability to conduct daily customer visits
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service orientation
- A+ certification
Qualified candidates will join a dynamic team in a full-time position reporting to the Head of Rotating Machinery.
