Job Title: Project Manager ( Sales & Service) Rotating Solutions
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to manage the sales, services, and project management of turbo machinery solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in turbomachinery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and OEMs. This role involves overseeing existing installations, preparing business plans, achieving sales targets, managing tenders, and ensuring seamless project execution between principals and the company in the predominant domain of integrally geared compressors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain existing OEM installations through regular visits and resolve issues by coordinating with OEMs.
- Executing overhauling, repairs and troubleshooting of Integrally Geared Compressors.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by management.
- Lead the bidding process for turbomachinery tenders in collaboration with respective principals.
- Act as a project manager to ensure smooth coordination between principals and internal teams.
- Provide technical support and expertise for compressors and related turbomachinery equipment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a service engineer in compressors or related turbomachinery equipment.
- Experience in the services of integrally geared compressors is highly preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; however, the candidate should be willing to take on sales responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of turbomachinery operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
